Principal's Message

Welcome, Grizzly Families!

It is an honor to serve as the principal of Evergreen Middle School. I began my career as a middle school English teacher and spent seven years learning alongside energetic, curious, and unpredictable people we call middle schoolers. After serving as an assistant principal at Federal Way High School, I am grateful to return to the joy and excitement of middle school life.

At Evergreen, we believe every scholar deserves strong instruction, clear expectations, meaningful relationships, and a school where they feel known and valued. Our commitment is simple: Every scholar. Every classroom. Every day.

Families are essential partners in this work. You know your children best, and we want to learn from your experiences, listen to your concerns, and celebrate your scholar’s growth with you. I encourage you to ask questions, share your ideas, and stay connected throughout the year.
