Volunteering for Field Trips

Evergreen students go on at least one field trip per grade level and are always looking for volunteer chaperones to help out. If you would like to chaperone at some point during the school year, please fill out a Washington State Patrol Background check and have your student turn it into Kim Grove, in the library. The background check lasts for 2 years. 

If you have filled out a WSP Background check in the past year at either Evergreen or another school in the district, please contact Kim Grove and include the following information:

• The name that would be on the form
• The name of your child currently at Evergreen
